So, a guy owns a fishing shop in Florida.  On the side of his building, he has an artist paint a mural of fish.  The city says the mural is a sign advertising his business and that, since he didn’t get a permit for it, he’s in violation of the law.  The guy says it’s art, not a sign and he doesn’t need a permit for art.  The city levies a daily fine.

This is the part I like.  Pissed at the city but not wanting to pay the daily fine, the guy covers the mural–with a banner that has the First Amendment on it.

Balls in your court, City of Clearwater.  Go ahead, say that the First Amendment is illegal.  This’ll be great to watch.
